| KOOYONG DESIGN |
Davin Larkin, a qualified furniture and industrial designer established Kooyong Design in 2009. For years now some of our most talented Irish designers have chosen to leave the country due to a lack of opportunities and job prospects. This emigration of our talent is not something new or something related to the global downturn, it has been a trend for many years and Davin felt that it was time for that to change. Kooyong gives Irish designers of furniture, interiors and homewares a platform to display and market their products. Davin's ambition is to remain in Ireland and is passionate and determined for Kooyong Design to succeed and build a business that could offer himself and other designers a chance to succeed at home. Kooyong’s studio is situated in Rua Red, South Dublin Arts Centre in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
